Conference Fee:
The conference fees are variable depending on income and
institutional support; they include conference opening cocktail on 24th
June evening, lunch, refreshments and a bag with conference material.
Accommodation: You will need to book your own accommodation.

the webpage for details. Travel information is also available.
Cappadocia Day Trip:
A day trip to Cappadocia will be organized at the end of
the conference. Please check the conference website recently for
details.
Cancellations:
Please cancel your registration before 29th of May, 2009.
Please not that you will be charged 50% of the conference costs if you
cancel after this date.
